Return and Refund Policy

The Truth Edition prohibits refunds for all astrological readings and digital products (reports, ebooks) due to the personalized, intangible nature. Live, scheduled sessions often allow rescheduling if done 24–72 hours in advance, but are non-refundable once performed. See the cancelation policy for any live readings, when offered.

Any physical products have a 14-day return window.

Astrology Readings and Services are Non-Refundable. Readings/sessions containing personalized content is non-refundable once purchased.

Digital Products and Reports:

NO Refunds: Digital reports, recorded transmissions, activations, meditations, and emailed readings are non-refundable upon purchase.

Physical Products:

Returns: Physical items (limited edition prints not included), purchased from the T.E. Merch Store, can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unused condition.
Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged, customers have 48 hours to report it for a replacement or refund.
All Limited Edition Series Art Prints are non-refundable/non-returnable.
